Turkey Gravy

Approximately 140mg of sodium per 1/4 cup serving*

1 small onion, diced small
1 celery stalk, diced small
¼ stick butter
3 Tbsp cornstarch
1 Qt. no-salt added chicken or turkey stock
1 tsp SALT FOR LIFE® 75
¼ tsp sage, dried
¼ tsp thyme, dried
¼ tsp black pepper, dried
¼ tsp rosemary, dried
½ tsp garlic, fresh, minced
½ tsp parsley, dried

Yield: 20 servings

  • Combine onion, celery and butter in pot over medium-high heat and cook for about 5 minutes until contents begin to brown slightly.
  • Add remaining ingredients to pot and bring to a boil for 3 minutes.
  • Serve over mashed potatoes or sliced turkey.
