Chicken Stir-fry

Put some sweet sizzle in your dinner tonight with our very own Talia R.’s Chicken Stir-fry recipe.

INGREDIENTS

3 - 4 cups of cooked pasta
4 cups broccoli heads
1 red pepper
2 chicken breast cutlets—cut into small slices
1 carrot – chopped
½ white onion
¼ cup teriyaki sauce
1 pinch sugar
2 tsp SALT FOR LIFE® 75
Olive oil

YIELDS:  2-4 servings

DIRECTIONS

Preparations:

1. Grill or pan-fry chicken, onion and broccoli. Season with SALT FOR LIFE® 75 to taste. Set to the side.  

2. Cook pasta until soft.

Process:

1. In a new pan, add oil to warm wok or pan

2. Once heated, add broccoli, pasta and onion. Sauté for a few minutes. Add carrots and red pepper. Sauté for a few minutes. 

4. Add cooked chicken. Season with SALT FOR LIFE® 75 and teriyaki sauce. Let sit for 1 minute the continuously stir for 2-3 minutes.

Add pinch of sugar for sweetness in sauce (optional)
