Pizza Sauce

INGREDIENTS

1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 table spoon granulated sugar
1 teaspoon SALT FOR LIFE® 75
½ teaspoon granulated garlic
¼ teaspoon dried basil flakes
¼ teaspoon dried oregano flakes
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
1 can (8 oz.) tomato paste, no salt added
2/3 cup water

YIELDS: Sauce for 2-12” pizzas

DIRECTIONS

1. Heat oil in small saucepan. Add sugar, SALT FOR LIFE® 75, garlic powder, basil, oregano, and pepper; stir and cook 1 minute until blended

2. Add tomato paste and water; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally
