Pulled Pork Shoulder

Approximately 251mg sodium per 3 oz. serving*

1 ½ Tbsp paprika
½ Tbsp garlic powder
½ Tbsp brown sugar
½ Tbsp dry mustard
1 ½ Tbsp SALT FOR LIFE® 75
2-4 lb. pork shoulder or boston butt

Yield: 16-18 servings

  • Season roast with spice rub.
  • Sear all sides of pork roast until brown and crispy.
  • Cook on medium heat for 6 to 8 hours, maintaining ¼ inch to 2 inches of water at the bottom of the slow cooker.
  • After removing roast, pull apart and eat on a bun or with your favorite BBQ sauce.
