< Back to Recipes

3 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts (About 4 large breasts)
1 teaspoon SALT FOR LIFE® 75
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
½ teaspoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons vegetable oil

YIELDS: 8 chicken breasts about 4 ounces each

1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Trim any visible fat from chicken breasts. Cut each breast horizontally to make 2 thinner breasts. Pat dry.
2. Whisk together SALT FOR LIFE® 75, pepper and garlic powder in small bowl. Season chicken with mixture on both sides.
3. Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Quickly sear chicken breasts on each side until golden brown, working in batches to avoid crowding in skillet. Arrange browned chicken breasts in 13x9 inch baking dish.
4. Bake 10-15 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Remove from oven; serve with desired side dishes or cool thoroughly and store in covered container in refrigerator for use in recipes during the week.
