Grilled Avocado Stuffed with Tomato and Feta

Fire up the grill for an easy-to-make side or snack with this Grilled Avocado Stuffed with Tomato and Feta recipe.

INGREDIENTS

1 ripe avocado
1 small ripe tomato, cut into ¼-inch dice
1 tbsp crumbled feta cheese
1 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
Olive oil
SALT FOR LIFE® 75 
Freshly ground pepper

YIELDS:  2 servings

DIRECTIONS

Turn on grill.

1. Cut avocado in half and remove the seed.

2. Brush lightly with olive oil and place slices on grill for 2 minutes.

3. Season with SALT FOR LIFE® 75 and pepper to taste.

4. Top each half with tomato and feta.

5. Garnish with lime juice.
