INGREDIENTS

1 pound Roma tomatoes, seeded, finely chopped
1 small white onion, finely chopped (about ½ cup)
2 jalapeno peppers, seeded, finely chopped
¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1 teaspoon SALT FOR LIFE® 75

YIELDS: 20 servings (2 tablespoons ea.)

DIRECTIONS

Stir together all ingredients in small bowl. Cover and refrigerate 2 hours before serving.
